Who are National Business Machines?
NBM are the largest Premier Partner of Xerox in Ireland and are the designated route to market for Xerox products in Munster and South Leinster.
What does this transfer from Xerox to NBM mean to me?
The transfer means that your service invoicing will now come from NBM.
How will I order consumables or log a service call?
Both supplies and service will still be provided directly through Xerox either via the Welcome Centre on 1890 925 050.
When does this come into effect?
The transfer of business and contracts comes into effect from 8th July 2019
Is my contract safe?
Yes. Your contract is safe. The contract you previously had with Xerox remains the same and you will receive the same level of service that you previously received under the terms and conditions of your Xerox contract.
If I am having ongoing service issues with a particular device, who can I contact?
If you are having ongoing issues with a particular device, please contact the NBM office on 021 4319396 and we will investigate and try to resolve the issue for you.
How do I submit my meter read?
If we have your email contact details, you will be sent a reminder email with a link that you can click on. This will allow you to submit your meter read online. Alternatively, you will receive a telephone call from our office in the weeks preceding the date that you are due to be billed, requesting your readings. You can also telephone us on 021 4319396 to submit your readings.
How will I receive my invoices?
You will receive your invoices by email. If we do not have your contact details, you will receive your invoice by post.
How can I pay my bill?
You can also make payments by Direct Debit, EFT, cheque or by credit card over the phone. Our bank details are available at the bottom of your invoice to facilitate setting up of NBM as a payee.
How will my payments be affected?
If you are currently a direct debit customer with Xerox, a new direct debit mandate will be sent out to you. If you do not pay by direct debit, you will need to be aware that payments are now due to NBM.
