NBM Group acquires Total Office Solutions North East Ltd.
National Business Machines Group announces further growth of its innovative IT services and workplace technology solutions, with acquisition of Total Office Solutions, Northeast Ltd (TOS NE Ltd) and significant investment.
National Business Machines Group (NBM Group) today is announcing further expansion in Ireland with the acquisition of Total Office Solutions, North East Ltd (TOS NE Ltd). Established in 1985 and headquartered in Cork, with offices nationwide, NBM says that the decision to acquire TOS NE is part of a customer centric strategy to expand the NBM portfolio of offerings for customers across Ireland. TOS NE, based in Monaghan, is a local provider of workplace solutions across the Northeast of Ireland for over 20 years. NBM customers will benefit from TOS NE’s broad experience in digital infrastructure, workplace supplies and technology.
As the largest premier partner of Xerox products and services in Ireland, NBM have growth firmly in their sights, with plans to double its workforce, and invest over €10M into developing its workplace solutions and IT capabilities for customers over the next five years. This news comes on the one-year anniversary of the most recent expansion by NBM into Northern Ireland with the £1.8M investment into the launch of the NBM subsidiary company, Innovative Workplace Solutions (IWS).
