OptimiDoc – Douglas Golf Club
February 2019 – National Business Machines Ltd are delighted to announce becoming the OptimiDoc provider for Douglas Golf Club. Douglas Golf Club is one of the Top Courses in the Cork City area with stunning views over Cork City and Cork Inner Harbour.


The Challenge
NBM was tasked by Douglas Golf Club to look at minimising, editing and archiving files in a quick and easy manner as they wanted to archive every documentation with ease that came into Douglas Golf Clubs Office.

What We Achieved

The Result
NBM were able to install The AltaLink C8030 Machine and OptimiDoc with ease with little or no disturbance to the staff in the Club. The OptimiDoc app now ensures Douglas Golf Clubs scan operations. Thanks to advanced scan functionality that makes it easier and faster for everyday work for their employees. With secure access to devices protect Douglas Golf Club data against theft. Scanning ensures digitisation of their documents by embedded application directly on the AltaLink C8030. Subsequently, these documents are being processed and stored in their repositories.
